At Mirivon, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each item is carefully checked before shipping, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

If you received the wrong item, something is missing, or the product is damaged, just reach out—we’ll take care of it.
Simple Return & Exchange Steps

Step 1: Contact Us First
Get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Step 2: When Can I Return?
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the item has a quality issue. Small differences in color or sizing may occur and are considered normal.

Step 3: Keep Items Clean & Unused
Please make sure the item is:
• In original condition
• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags
• With protective liners (if applicable) still in place
Used or damaged items can’t be accepted.

Step 4: Ship It Back Safely
• Use your local post office
• Add the return form we provide
• Save your tracking number
• We do not accept cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) packages

Step 5: Quick Processing
We’ll email you when we receive your return and arrange your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

If you’re located in the EU, your return will follow local consumer protection laws.
